My name is Cory. I’m an environmental engineer by day, a maker by night, and an environmentalist at heart. I have a lot of hobbies, such as photography and cooking, which have evolved beyond something that I should be keeping to myself.
Through my fitness journey the past couple of years, I have been focusing more and more on eating health foods that not only fuel me for work and exercise, but also helps reduce my carbon footprint. My goal when cooking is to minimize food wastes, avoid single use plastics, and reduce the amount of environmentally-harmful meat products.
I think the recipes I develop fit an unoccupied niche. People want to eat cleaner and greener, while still having delicious, protein packed foods! Follow me on my journey which I call, Cooking with Cory!
